This primary bath in the Tiburon hills was designed around one thing: the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the bay beyond a freestanding soaking tub, turning a daily routine into something closer to a retreat.

The material palette stays quiet and architectural — large-format stone tile, a curbless glass shower, and honed surfaces that let the light and landscape do the work. Radiant heated floors and concealed fixtures keep the space uncluttered.

Prime Level handled the full scope: demolition, waterproofing, tile, glass, plumbing, and finish work, coordinating every trade to deliver a spa-grade bathroom that feels effortless.
